Lottery: The story of Loei Provincial girl is inspired by a lottery saleswoman who tells a story about a dream of a girl who finds a lottery board while travelling back to her home and meets a ‘trunk’ woman. Her dream presents the desire of the woman to save her money from selling the lottery tickets to take care of her daughter. Through a lullaby like song, her life is expressed through the love of her daughter and the homesickness of travel through an I-san soundtrack.

เรื่องเล่าสาวเลย มีที่มาจากการเดินทางเข้ามาขายลอตเตอร์รี่ของผู้หญิง โดยเรื่องราวได้นำเสนอภาพความฝันของเด็กหญิงคนหนึ่ง ที่บังเอิญพบแผงล็อตเตอร์รี่บนรถทัวร์ขณะนั่งรถกลับบ้าน ทันใดนั้นเธอก็ได้พบกับหญิงสาวงวงช้างในความฝัน ในความฝันนำเสนอความปรารถนาของหญิงสาวที่ต้องการก็บเงินจากการขายล็อตเตอร์รี่ เพื่อนำมาเลี้ยงดูบุตรสาวของเธอ ผ่านเพลงกล่อมเด็กที่เล่าเรื่องราวของชีวิตของเธอ ความคิดถึงลูก ความคิดถึงบ้าน โดยให้เสียงเป็นภาษาอีสาน
