 “We make food according to the materials that we have. During the last 4-5 years, the economy was not good, people ordered less and more shops open. Here we are open for 6 days a week, closed only Mondays and we pay rent to city police. The shop closes at 11 pm and we tidy the area to keep the sidewalk free. We then set up again the next day between 2 and 3pm by arranging and collecting pork, beef, chicken, seafood, fresh vegetable and seasonings that best suits us. The equipment is cleaned, and we are ready to prepare food as the customer orders.”
